We planned to stay in Thailand for 50 days and I needed foreign currency Thailand Baht equivalent to 50, Indian Rupees. How I travelled Goa for 30 days in the cost of 4-day vacation. Last month, I went on a vacation to Europe and was comparing the various alternatives for carrying foreign exchange. I found the Travellers Card to be the cheapest and most easy to use.
It is accepted everywhere and there are no hassles of carrying currency as Travel Card works everywhere in Europe and currency conversion charges were very low for Euro hdfc forex rates Swiss Franks. Thai bank ATMs charge fix baht for cash withdraw, I suggest you to withdraw all required cash in single transaction to get best rate. So would it be possible for me to get Thai baht in cash from Forex centeres like Super rich or TT exchange using my debit card. I have an international Mastercard hdfc forex rates card from icici bank. Do these forex centeres except payment by Debit card. Visiting thailand on Feb. Thanks for the valuble suggestion. From what I read on your experience related to Thailand, it would be best to get some THB Cash Currency upfront from a site like Bookmyforex and exchange local currency in Bangkok but not on airports.
